The Role
This is an Assistant Manager opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to service delivery and leading from the front.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support frontline leaders, and ensure services continue to run effectively as participant needs, staffing requirements, and operational priorities shift.
Success in this role comes from balancing people leadership with operational oversight and being comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading and supporting frontline teams across daily operations
- Monitoring service delivery to maintain quality and participant outcomes
- Managing workforce planning and responding to staffing requirements
- Providing coaching, guidance, and practical support to team members
- Maintaining accurate participant records and operational documentation
- Managing incidents and supporting timely resolution of issues
- Building productive relationships with families, participants, and key stakeholders

You have
- Experience leading teams within disability or human services
- Strong operational and service coordination capability
- Experience managing workforce requirements and competing priorities
- Sound judgement and confidence managing incidents and escalations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to participant outcomes and quality service delivery
