They cover the full gamut of disputes including contractual disputes, directors' duties', shareholder disputes, property disputes, resources disputes, defamation, and regulatory investigations.

The team are regularly acknowledged as leaders in their field by independent legal directories.

Position Description

This role will see you practising in all spheres of commercial and corporate dispute resolution, working most closely with a pre-eminent litigator. You will also gain exposure to other partners within the wider team from time to time.

Whilst the experience you will gain in this role will be broad, there will be a focus on large corporate related disputes. The team acts for public and private sector clients.

You will gain exposure to the following types of matters:





- contractual disputes
- misleading and deceptive conduct
- resources disputes
- shareholder disputes
- directors' duties'
- regulatory investigations (ASIC and ACCC).

Requirements

You will be a lawyer with three to seven years' experience in commercial litigation.

In addition, you will:

- have solid attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
- be looking to continue building your own professional profile.
