Roundtree Search is partnering with a globally connected real estate advisory platform seeking to appoint an Associate into its Sydney team.
The firm specialises in alternative real estate asset classes, working closely with Australian investment managers to structure and position strategies for global institutional capital. With an established offshore investor network and deep sector expertise, the platform plays a strategic role in capital formation and fund growth.
This prospect offers exposure to capital advisory, investor strategy and market positioning across the alternative real estate landscape.
The Role
Working directly with senior leadership, the Associate will:
- Support capital raising and investor coverage initiatives across domestic and offshore capital sources
- Assist in preparing investment materials, fund presentations and data room content
- Conduct market research across alternative real estate sectors and global capital trends
- Analyse fund structures, track record performance and portfolio positioning
- Coordinate investor due diligence processes and respond to capital partner queries
- Support strategic advisory mandates with Australian real estate investment managers
The Candidate
This role will suit
- 3-7 years’ experience within real estate private equity, capital advisory, funds management or investment banking
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
- Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing investor materials
- Commercial acumen and interest in alternative real estate sectors
- A qualified, high-credibility communication style
An understanding and exposure to alternative commercial real estate asset class(es) and relevant fund structuring will be viewed favourably.
