Plena Healthcare in Tamworth NSW is seeking a Dietitian for a mobile role delivering high-quality dietetics services to adults in Residential Aged Care and the local community.
You will assess needs, provide person-centred care, and work with facilities to improve nutrition and hydration.
You will travel to sites, complete documentation, deliver education, and collaborate with Plena colleagues.
A current DA registration and eligibility for NDIS screening are required; flu vaccination proof is
