Novotel Perth Murray Street is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team on a part time basis (24 hours per week).
You will handle inbound reservations, manage group bookings, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
As the first point of contact, you will uphold impeccable service standards, maintain accurate room blocks, and assist with billing and policy explanations.
