Wishbone Lucas Collective in Melbourne's CBD is opening Nov 2026, and we are recruiting a Senior + Sous Chef to join the opening team. You will assist the Head Chef with daily operations, and ensure each kitchen section runs smoothly through planning, organizing, supervising and coaching.
