We are working with a leading national firm who are looking for a newly qualified or junior lawyer to join their busy real estate team.

The rolen

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of transactional property, leasing, development and commercial real estate matters, working alongside experienced Partners and a supportive team.

You will be involved in:

n

n
- Managing a range of property transactions and leasing matters
n
- Drafting and negotiating commercial documents
n
- Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients
n




- Working closely with clients and key stakeholders
n
- Contributing to the wider team and mentoring junior lawyers
n

About youn n
- 0-2 years post admission experience in a real estate practice
n
- Strong drafting and
n
- A practical and commercial approach
n
- Excellent communication and client management skills
n
- A team-oriented, team-oriented mindset
n
- A genuine interest in developing their property career
