Ovolo Sydney is entering an exciting recent chapter as part of Sydney's iconic hotel relaunch.
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant Manager with a luxury hotel background to help lead this relaunch alongside our Area General Manager.
This role delivers hands-on leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and Guest Experience, plus recruitment, onboarding and development of high‐performing teams as we prepare for opening and long‐term success.
