We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused leader to step into the role of Branch Supervisor at our Horsham branch – someone ready to take ownership of branch performance, lead a diverse team, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Horsham supports one of the largest territories in our business, with responsibility spanning workshop and field service operations, parts, service coordination and resident technicians. This is a role with genuine scope, where your leadership will have a direct impact on our people, customers and commercial performance.
Reporting to the Regional Victoria Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring we deliver a safe, efficient and customer-focused service while meeting our financial and operational targets.
You’ll lead a team of Technicians, Apprentices, Leading Hands, Parts and Service Coordinators, while working closely with Sales, PSSRs, Product Support and other teams to strengthen customer relationships and drive branch performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Daily responsibilities will include: Leading day-to-day branch operations across Service, Parts, Field Service and Administration
Leading, coaching and developing Technicians, Apprentices, Leading Hands and Coordinators
Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe, compliant workplace
Taking ownership of branch financial and operational performance, including productivity, efficiency and profitability
Building robust customer relationships and working closely with Sales, PSSRs,
Parts and Product Support
Driving continuous improvement, service quality and operational efficiency across the branch ABOUT YOU
You’re an experienced service or branch leader who combines strong people leadership with commercial and operational capability.
To be considered for this role, you will have: Senior Service Management, Branch Management or similar leadership experience, ideally within the earthmoving or heavy equipment industry
Strong mechanical or technical knowledge and an understanding of service and repair operations
Relevant automotive trade qualification or demonstrated trade competency
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand financial performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Proven ability to coach, develop and lead high-performing teams
