Join the House of Iconic Bridal at Raffaele Ciuca. As we celebrate 70 years, we continue to help brides discover the gown that becomes part of their story. We are seeking experienced Bridal Stylists for our boutiques in Armadale.

This is more than a retail role. It is an prospect to guide brides through one of life’s most meaningful moments with confidence, warmth and exceptional styling expertise. About the Role

Raffaele Ciuca offers an extensive collection of elegant gowns from leading Australian and international designers, including Vivienne Westwood, Steven Khalil, Nicole Felicia and Vera Wang Bride and many more.

Part-time and casual positions are available at our Armadale boutique. Weekend availability is essential, with some weekday availability also required.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver personalised bridal appointments and help each bride find the gown that is right for her.

· Build genuine client relationships and create memorable, luxurious experiences.

· Use your styling expertise and product knowledge to provide thoughtful recommendations.

· Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

What We’re Looking For

· At least five years’ sales experience in luxury retail, bridal or a similar premium client-service environment.

· A strong eye for style, presentation and detail.





· Confidence in building meaningful client relationships and converting appointments into sales.

· Availability to work weekends and some weekdays.

· You are warm, confident, and positive in every bridal appointment.

· You communicate clearly and bring a strong customer and sales focus.

· You remain composed and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

· You are passionate about luxury bridal fashion and committed to making every bride feel special and valued.

· You are eager to deepen your product and industry knowledge.
