About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.




- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
