- Act as a consultant to our partners in aligning capabilities to incoming requests
- Act as consultant to our Business Analyst partners in eliciting quality requirements & rules that align to the initiative process models
- Analyze and document dependencies between new business processes and already customized business processes
- Use business architecture models to facilitate the requirements engineering process and ensure complete coverage.
- Continue to enhance the Target Operating Model by recognizing standards and patterns and applying to them to the larger organization.
- Participate on cross-functional team in the review and decisioning on potential tools that support the automation of business architecture artifact creation and management and the business architecture MGP




- Work with the Business Architecture team to establish a Reusable Assets governance program for all for non-code artifacts (requirements, rules, process models & frameworks)
- Experience determining deliverables and approaches for business projects including process changes, technology changes and organizational impact

Experience with metrics plans.

Robust knowledge of SDLC.

Knowledge of business process modeling.

Experience with industry models e.g. the IBM Information Framework.

Experience with business process modeling tools, such as the IBM Rational and Websphere toolsets.Demo Data
