About the role

Join Orange Health Service's agile Cardiology team and play a vital role in managing cardiovascular disease while contributing to the development of an exciting new pacemaker insertion service. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate closely with cardiologists, cardiac advanced trainees, nurse leaders, educators, radiographers, and rehabilitation specialists to deliver exceptional patient care across the district.

This unique 1 FTE opportunity offers the chance to be involved in the establishment of a new pacemaker insertion service operating on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while providing continuity of care for cardiac patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Based within a 22-bed Cardiology Ward and working alongside the 12-bed Interventional Cath Lab, you'll experience a fast-paced and rewarding setting where cutting-edge technology meets compassionate care. From angiograms and angioplasties to pacemaker and stent insertions, you'll be part of a highly skilled team delivering life-changing outcomes for patients every day.
