- Design and develop Business and Technical Process maps based on the requirements.
- Design, develop and test Technical Workflows and integration along with simulation and results.
- This would also include development of business rules, decision tables, rule flows, action tasks etc.
- Identify, designing and construct interfaces between the workflows and other systems.
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications.
- Work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned team members and is detail oriented.

Solid understanding of BPM and BPMN to build/understand business process maps and convert them to Technical Workflow and integration.

Solid understanding of development platforms, tools and concepts that include Java technologies, Microsoft.NET, RDBMS (like SQL Server or Oracle), Web services, JMS and other integration services

Experience with BPM & Workflow tools (Open Source or Vendor based) is highly desirableDemo Data
