We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Cafe All-Rounder to join our team at Harvest Cafe & Store in Bathurst.
About the role
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in different areas of the café, including:
- Customer service and taking orders
- Preparing and serving coffee and beverages
- Food preparation and basic kitchen duties
- Serving customers and clearing tables
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Food delivery
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has café, hospitality or customer service experience
- Is friendly, positive and well presented
- Has good communication skills
- Can work efficiently in a busy environment
- Is reliable,
punctual and works well as part of a team
- Is willing to learn and help across different areas of the café
- Has availability to work weekends
Barista experience is highly desirable, but we are also happy to consider someone with robust hospitality experience who is willing to learn.
