Thrill Team Events is looking for confident, reliable people who can lead adult corporate groups through fun, energetic team activities.

You might currently be a teacher, trainer, outdoor educator, fitness instructor, sports coach, tour guide, event host, MC or facilitator.

Previous team-building experience is helpful, but not essential.

What matters most is that you can engage adults, give clear instructions, create positive energy and stay skilled under pressure.

What you'll do

- Welcome and brief corporate groups
- Facilitate team activities and challenges
- Keep participants engaged and on time
- Manage equipment, scoring and activity stations
- Support other facilitators and event staff
- Adapt when weather, timing or venue conditions change
- Help deliver a smooth, professional client experience

We are looking for people who are

- Energetic without being over-the-top
- Clear and concise communicators
- Reliable, punctual and responsive
- Comfortable working with adult corporate groups
- Calm and practical when things change
- Professional with clients
- Happy working as part of a team

You do not need to be the loudest person in the room.

You do need to be someone people are comfortable listening to and following.

Most work is across Sydney and Greater Sydney, with a significant amount occurring during weekday business hours.

Access to reliable transport is highly desirable.

Pay

$37–$55 per hour, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
