Introduction

ConsultANZ is currently supporting a major infrastructure operation in Auckland that requires experienced 2x CCTV Operators to join its pipeline rehabilitation team. This role would suit someone with a background in drainage, construction, or underground infrastructure who is confident working with CCTV inspection systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Operate specialist CCTV equipment to inspect underground pipelines

- Identify and document defects, damage, blockages, and other pipeline conditions

- Record inspection findings and maintain accurate project documentation

- Provide CCTV support during CIPP, UV lining, and other rehabilitation works

- Work closely with pipeline rehabilitation crews throughout project activities

- Set up, operate, and maintain CCTV equipment to ensure reliable performance

- Troubleshoot basic equipment and site issues

- Follow project procedures and maintain high safety and quality standards

Desired Experience & Qualification





- Previous experience operating CCTV pipeline inspection equipment

- Experience capturing and recording inspection data

- Background in drainage or construction environments is essential

- Class 1 or Class 2 driver's licence

- Understanding of underground drainage or pipeline systems

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Safety-conscious approach to work

Package & Remuneration

- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, depending on experience

- 44-hour working week

- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 44 hours.
