Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and storage areas
- Assist chefs during service when required
- Take out rubbish and keep waste areas clean
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Ensure kitchen is clean and organised at the end of each shift

- Skills

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (training provided)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and kitchen procedures
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Must have the right to work in Australia
