UKG is seeking a Customer Account Manager to own a portfolio of SMB customers in ANZ, up to 600 employees.
You will nurture relationships, support renewals, manage churn risk and identify prospects to grow each account.
In this quick-paced role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver value for customers and drive business outcomes while maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline.
