Job Description
Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites and Oaks Glenelg Liberty Towers in Adelaide.
You will lead preventative maintenance, oversee multiple building systems and coordinate vendors to ensure safety, compliance and efficiency.
The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership, robust contractor management and a proactive approach to asset care and sustainability initiatives.
Flexibility for after-hours work may be required.
