The Role

As a Client Advisor, you'll be one of the key faces, welcoming every customer with warmth, building genuine relationships, and creating an experience that reflects the joyful spirit of the brand. Personality matters more here than a polished retail resume: if you naturally bring good energy into a room, we want to talk to you.

This role is ideal for someone warm, curious, and stylish in their own way, who thrives on making people feel good rather than making a sale.

Key Requirements

- Luxury or premium fashion background is a plus, but the right personality matters more than a resume line

- Understands that selling is about creating trust, helping clients style themselves, and making people feel good, never applying pressure

- Comfortable learning new systems (POS, inventory, day-to-day store operations)

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and key trading periods





What You'll Own

Customer Experience

- Welcome every customer with warmth and make them feel at home from the moment they walk through the door

- Deliver personalized customer service and build genuine relationships

- Provide thoughtful after-sales care, including personalized thank-you messages

Sales Performance

- Meet individual and store sales targets while always putting the customer experience first

- Proactively help clients discover pieces they'll genuinely love, never through pressure

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation

- Ensure the space reflects the brand's joyful, stylish spirit at all times

Operations & Team Support

- Process sales, exchanges, and daily store operations accurately

- Monitor, prepare, and fulfill e-commerce orders promptly

- Support stock deliveries, inventory management, and back-of-house organization

- Assist with store events, activations, and special projects

Success Metrics

- Achievement of individual and store sales goals

- Customers consistently leaving happier than when they arrived

- Strong contribution to overall store atmosphere and team energy

- Consistent reflection of brand spirit across service and presentation
