Client Services Coordinator – NDIS
Rostering & Participant Relationships
Endless Support Services
Logan / Brisbane, QLD
Permanent full-time or part-time
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
From approximately $80,008 superannuation full-time equivalent, or pro rata for part-time employment
Be the trusted link between our participants, their support networks and our frontline team
Endless Support Services (ESS) is a registered NDIS provider delivering personalised in-home and community-based supports across Logan, Brisbane, Gold Coast, the Scenic Rim and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an organised, calm and relationship-focused Client Services Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our participant services.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build genuine relationships, keep rosters running smoothly and respond confidently when plans change. You will be the central point of contact for participants, families and key stakeholders, while working closely with support workers and the management team to ensure each service is safe, consistent and responsive.
What you will be responsible for
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for allocated participants, families, nominees and relevant stakeholders.
- Build strong professional relationships and maintain regular, proactive communication.
- Develop, maintain and communicate participant rosters in line with funded supports, participant preferences, worker availability and operational requirements.
- Coordinate planned and unplanned roster changes, leave coverage, shift vacancies and service variations.
- Match support workers with participants based on needs, skills, availability, compatibility and required competencies.
- Monitor service delivery and follow up concerns, missed shifts, late arrivals, cancellations and gaps in documentation.
- Coordinate participant onboarding, service commencement, reviews, transitions and exits.
- Keep participant information, support requirements,
alerts and service records accurate and current.
- Liaise with support coordinators, allied health professionals and other providers where authorised and required.
- Escalate incidents, risks, complaints, safeguarding concerns and changes in participant needs promptly and appropriately.
- Support workers to understand participant-specific requirements and communicate relevant updates.
- Assist with checking that delivered supports align with rosters, service agreements and available funding before billing.
- Identify recurring service issues and work with management to improve continuity, participant experience and operational efficiency.
About you
You are approachable and warm, but also highly organised and comfortable having explicit conversations when something needs to be resolved. You can manage competing priorities without losing sight of the person receiving support.
You will ideally bring
- Experience coordinating disability, community, aged care or other human services.
- Demonstrated experience with rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination.
- A practical understanding of the NDIS and person-centred service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgement, initiative and the ability to respond calmly to last-minute changes.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate electronic records.
- The ability to manage boundaries, confidentiality and sensitive information professionally.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and digital rostering or client-management systems.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award,
NDIS Practice Standards and incident-management requirements is highly regarded.
Essential requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness and ability to obtain one before commencing.
- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them.
- Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
- Current right to work in Australia.
Why join ESS?
- Join a growing provider where your work will have a visible impact.
- Take ownership of participant relationships and service coordination rather than working in a narrowly defined rostering role.
- Work closely with an experienced and accessible management team.
- Help shape practical systems and service improvements as the organisation grows.
- Full-time hours are ordinarily 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional agreed after-hours availability may be required and will be compensated in accordance with the applicable employment arrangements.
- Full time or part-time arrangements may be considered for the right person.
Remuneration The role is intended to be paid at an annual salary equivalent to at least SCHADS Award Level 3, Pay Point 1, currently approximately $80,008 plus superannuation for full-time employment, or pro rata for part-time employment.
The final arrangement will reflect the successful applicant’s experience, agreed hours and applicable industrial requirements.
How to apply
Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience in participant or client coordination, rostering and disability or community services.
Endless Support Services is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and the rights of people with disability. We welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds and lived experience of disability.
