What Your Day Could Look Like

As a Clinical Coordinator - Senior, you'll play a key role in improving health outcomes for people accessing specialist rehabilitation, stroke and geriatric services. From coordinating patient-centred care to supporting service improvement and clinical excellence, you'll work with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients, families and the wider community.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

- Relevant allied health qualification with current professional registration or membership requirements.
- Strong clinical experience in rehabilitation, stroke, geriatric or related healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and service improvement skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience coordinating service delivery and improvement initiatives and/or postgraduate study in a relevant clinical or leadership discipline.
