As a Clinical Nurse - Community Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting people to stay healthy, independent, and connected within their community. Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience delivering comprehensive nursing care and managing complex clinical needs.
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making and care coordination skills.
- A cooperative approach and commitment to continuous improvement, safety and quality care.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in community, primary health or rural healthcare settings and/or postgraduate qualifications or additional training relevant to community nursing. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about improving community health and creating positive outcomes through person-centred care.
