Clinical Nurse/Midwife

Permanent Part-Time | Up to 72 hours per fortnight

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated dual Registered Nurse and Midwife that is ready to step into a key leadership role within our Maternity & Women's Health Unit.

As a Clinical Nurse/Midwife, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.

This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.

About You

You will bring exceptional customer service, confident communication, and robust interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current dual registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife and Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience
- SCN experience is highly desirable




- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
- Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential

Remuneration: On offer for this role is a base hourly rate of $54.72 - $58.82 superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (QLD RN/Midwife Level 2.1 - Level 2.4)

Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
