The Role
This is a new opportunity for a practitioner with between 2-8 years’ PQE to join our fast paced, growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Melbourne. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of insolvency and commercial dispute matters.

You will gain exposure to complex and varied work, including:
- Corporate and personal insolvency matters
- Bankruptcy and liquidation disputes
- Enforcement and debt recovery proceedings
- Restructuring and insolvency-related advice
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Court appearances and advocacy opportunities
Who We Are Looking For To be successful in this role,
you will have:
- 2-8 years' post admission experience
- Experience in insolvency, commercial litigation, restructuring, bankruptcy or disputes work
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
- The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision and work effectively as part of a team
