CB Clothing is a privately owned Australian apparel company specialising in premium blank garments made from high-quality Australian cotton.

We supply screen printers, promotional companies, private labels and retail customers throughout Australia. Our business has a strong focus on quality, sustainability and ethical manufacturing.

Our operations include wholesale and online sales, customer account management, warehousing, inventory management and distribution.

As our business continues to grow, we are investing in our operational systems and technology infrastructure. We are therefore seeking a Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join our team and support the reliability, security and ongoing development of our IT environment.

About the Role

Reporting to management, the Computer Network and Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining and improving CB Clothing's network and systems infrastructure.

You will support the technology systems that underpin our e-commerce, inventory, order processing, administration and day-to-day business operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, troubleshoot technical issues effectively and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

- Design, configure and maintain network and systems infrastructure supporting online sales, administration and operational activities.
- Monitor network performance, system availability and connectivity to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, network devices, workstations and other IT infrastructure.
- Support the integration and reliable operation of e-commerce, inventory management, order processing and internal administration systems.
- Diagnose network and system issues,



identify root causes and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Manage network security, user access controls, firewall settings and other security measures.
- Monitor and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
- Review existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for upgrades, system improvements and network optimisation.
- Plan and implement technology upgrades and system changes while minimising disruption to business operations.
- Monitor network capacity, system utilisation and performance to identify current and future infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain backup, recovery and business continuity arrangements for critical systems and operational data.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation, including network configurations, system changes, security settings and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist management with technology planning and infrastructure improvements as the business continues to grow.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience as a Computer Network and Systems Engineer or in a similar IT/networking role.
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols and LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with firewall administration, network security and user access control.
- Experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance analysis.
- Knowledge and practical experience in backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

You should be comfortable working across networking, servers, security, hardware and business systems and be able to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical staff.
