Job Description
Pacific National in Coppabella is seeking a Driver Trainer to lead train crew development.
You will deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency and work with supervisors to ensure protected, high-performing operations at the Coppabella depot.
The role requires current Cert IV in Train Driving and Cert IV in Training & Assessment, plus proven experience as a mainline or mentor driver.
You will plan training, mentor staff, manage records and promote a robust safety culture across teams.
