Creative Costumes is looking for reliable and enthusiastic casual staff to join our Oakleigh warehouse for the busy Halloween season. This is a hands-on role combining online order fulfilment, customer service and general warehouse duties.

We are a small, welcoming team that works hard during our busy periods while still enjoying the colourful and slightly unusual world of costumes.

Pay rate: $30–$48 per hour (Casual Award Rates Apply)

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering friendly customer service with phone queries and in-person pickups.
- Preparing store orders and processing stock for dispatch to our online retail clients.
- Assisting with general stock control and restocking shelves.
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Packing and shipping orders through Australia Post.

What we’re looking for

- Someone who loves all things costume and enjoys a creative workplace.
- A reliable and dependable team member with a positive attitude.




- Solid attention to detail and pride in getting things right.
- A friendly communicator who enjoys working with others but can also work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Availability

- Sundays and Mondays
