How you will make a difference

As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be multi-skilled and passionate about exceptional customer service. Your role is responsible for leading and continually improving the service offered by our Customer Service team. The Customer Service team is the ‘front door’ to the organisation and plays a critical role in ensuring that every customer has a outstanding experience in their dealings with the Council.

In this amazing role you will:

- Lead a team and foster a culture of excellence in customer experience
- Identify and deliver on training and coaching opportunities
- Identify and implement improvements to customer service processes and tools
- Identify opportunities to share best practices with other customer facing teams
- Oversee day-to-day team functioning, including rostering and task allocation

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have many qualities, in particular people leadership and relationship skills, and a passion for Customer Service.

Your profile will include





- Post-secondary qualification or relevant experience and work skills in the area of Administration and Customer Service
- An energetic and engaging personality
- Victorian driver licence
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
