Customer Service Assistant – Opening & Closing Responsibilities. Kawana, Sunshine Coast QLD.

$34.76 per hour + penalty rates + super *

This position is initially offered on a casual basis; however, for the right candidate there is potential to transition into a permanent full-time role.

Beefy’s is a proudly Queensland-owned, multi-award-winning business operating 16 boutique Pie Bakery stores across South East Queensland and NSW.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused team member to join our Kawana store. This role is ideal for an applicant with previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience including university students seeking consistent casual work with flexibility around their studies.

To be considered for this position, you must be available to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, including opening shifts commencing from 4:00am and closing shifts finishing at approximately 7:00pm. Reliable transport is essential due to the early start times.

Duties will include:

- Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority
- Barista duties




- Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and providing guidance to junior team members.
- Eftpos & cash handling transactions
- Product presentation & preparation
- Achieving store KPI’s
- Opening & Closing of store
