We're on the lookout for a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Attendant (Kitchen) to join our team at our retail site in Mareeba. If you enjoy preparing fresh food, making great sandwiches, helping people and keeping things looking sharp, you're going to fit right in.

This role is ideal for someone looking for 3–4 shifts per week with flexible hours. You'll play an important part in preparing fresh sandwiches and food for our customers while delivering the friendly service our customers know and love.

What you'll do

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

- Deliver friendly, exceptional customer service, every single time.

- Prepare, handle and store food in line with hygiene and food safety standards.

- Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean, organised and well-presented.

- Monitor food levels, rotate stock and maintain fresh, well-presented displays.

- Operate the console and handle cash and card transactions accurately when required.





- Work as part of a team to keep the site running smoothly and customers looked after.
