Job Description
Eureka Group Holdings (Eureka Villages) seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead the Evera and Escapes portfolios in Australia.
You will own end-to-end performance, P&L;, operating model and growth, across all-age communities, tourism and short-stay operations.
You'll manage Regional Managers across a national footprint, embedding scalable processes to absorb future growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will drive occupancy, revenue mix and cost discipline while shaping the operating model,
