$111,798 – $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 – $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (paid pro rata)

About the role

We have two permanent teaching roles available. Join TAFE NSW's Campbelltown campus in a part-time position working 10½ hours per week or join the team at the Granville campus full time. These roles combine face‑to‑face daytime delivery with virtual evening teaching, providing the opportunity to engage and inspire students across Leadership & Management and Project Management programs. Working within a large and supportive teaching environment, you will be backed by experienced Head Teachers and contemporary learning facilities that support both on‑campus and online delivery. As a skilled educator, you will deliver engaging training and assessment, support student success and contribute to the delivery of industry‑relevant learning experiences that prepare students for the workforce.

We are committed to cutting-edge learning and industry engagement, offering advanced technology‑enabled teaching spaces designed to connect face‑to‑face and online learners in real time. These roles have been created to support ongoing delivery requirements and address a specialist skills need within Leadership & Management and Project Management,



providing an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to student outcomes while helping shape the future workforce.

Based mainly on campus, these roles also offer the chance to teach at a neighbouring campuses as required. These multi‑campus opportunities provide greater variety, professional growth, and the ability to engage with a broader student cohort.

About You

Passionate about sharing your expertise, you have the ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences in both classroom and virtual environments. With advanced digital literacy skills, you are confident using technology to deliver high‑quality training and can build strong connections with students regardless of how they attend class.

Organised, adaptable and student‑focused, you thrive in a busy educational environment and understand the importance of maintaining accurate records, managing administration efficiently and supporting learners throughout their study journey.

To be successful in the role, you will:

1. Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at a minimum hold a Diploma in Project Management, and highly desirable a Diploma in Business or Leadership.
2. Have a minimum of three years post‑qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
3.



Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See the candidate support document here for details.
4. Be prepared to develop and maintain your VET knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.
