We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of media buying and investment across key client campaigns
- Assist in implementation of campaigns across TV, OOH and other offline channels
- Manage campaign set-up, bookings, tracking and material deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery issues or optimisation opportunities




- Prepare weekly reports, post-campaign analysis and competitive media insights
- Maintain strong day-to-day communication with media owners, clients and internal teams
- Support senior team members with negotiations, value tracking and added-value delivery
- Ensure all finance processes (POs, bookings, reconciliations) are completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

- Understanding of the Australian media landscape and media buying fundamentals
- Solid grounding in TV and/or OOH Buying, campaign management & reporting
- Strong attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting and financial processes
