Content Creator (Contractor)

About the role

We're after a creative, organised content creator to join Kartia Designs on a versatile contract basis. You'll take approved strategy and branding direction from our team and bring it to life across social and digital content — reels, static posts, short-form video edits and more. This is a hands-on execution role, not strategy — you'll be given the brief and direction, your job is to make it look great and get it done efficiently.

What you'll be doing

- Creating social content (reels, stories, static posts) based on briefs from our strategy/design lead
- Editing short-form video using CapCut
- Designing on-brand graphics using Canva
- Repurposing existing content across formats and platforms
- Occasionally joining us on-site for content shoots or client jobs (optional, paid)

What we're looking for

- Confident using Canva and CapCut day-to-day
- A good eye for what makes content stop the scroll
- Interested in digital marketing
- Reliable, organised,



comfortable managing your own time
- Based in Brisbane, happy to come to occasional jobs if needed
- Available approx. 12 hours/week, flexible on which days
- Bonus: any experience with Reels/TikTok trends, basic copywriting, or photography

The details

- Contractor role, flexible hours (~12/week), mostly remote/WFH
- Rate: negotiable based on experience
- Occasional in-person shoot days (travel/time paid)
- Reporting into our design & strategy lead, with support from the founder on onboarding/workflow
