This is a male-dominated SIL that supports clients with a forensic background and complex mental health. We are looking for two Support Workers experienced in psychosocial disability and complex mental health support, resilient, person‑centered, and confident in empowering individuals to build positive habits and daily routines. I have two permanent part-time lines at Cassey Crescent!

Please note: You must be able to commit to every shift on one of the above fortnightly rostered line to be considered for the position.

Your role

- Support adults with complex mental health and psychosocial disabilities in an independent living model.
- Rigorously follow BIS and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site manager to best support complex behaviours.




- Encourage capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Provide personal care as and when required.
- To be reliable and proactive team players who works collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support to participants.
- Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- Confidently use computer-based systems and able to complete explicit, accurate, and detailed reporting within required timeframes.
