About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, confident, and highly communicative Drinks Cart & Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

This hybrid role combines beverage cart service on the golf course with food and beverage service duties within our hospitality outlets. You will spend your shifts engaging with golfers, taking orders, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience both on and off the course.

Most shifts scheduled during the day from Friday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the drinks cart throughout the golf course.
- Engage with golfers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders and process transactions.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Assist within The Hangar and other venue outlets when required.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels of the drinks cart and service areas.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.





What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality, bar, café, restaurant, or customer service experience.
- A confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional presentation and grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
- A team player willing to assist across multiple venue areas.

Essential Requirements

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
- Food Handler Certificate.
- Valid driver's licence (preferred).
- Availability to work primarily Friday to Sunday day shifts.

Employment Type

This is a casual position, with pay rates in accordance with the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award.
