Macquarie’s successful Early Careers Recruitment Team are focused on the attraction, sourcing, and selection of diverse talent across Australia and Current Zealand.
This role will be offered as a 9-month maximum term contract.

What role will you play?
You will partner with our highly engaged business stakeholders to further evolve the junior talent attraction strategy across multiple business groups. By building on existing and exploring new relationships with university faculties, societies, and industry partners, you will successfully promote the variety of opportunities available to students with Macquarie.
You will be responsible for managing high volume recruitment campaigns (both in person and virtually) and organising and presenting on campus and at industry events. In addition, you will be assisting with the development of Macquarie’s employer branded social media presence and marketing collateral, sharing insights, initiating and executing new ideas to ensure a continuous focus of innovation and process improvement
What You Offer
- Strong experience within Early Careers (Campus) and/or volume recruitment, ideally within the banking and financial services sector, or from a large multinational/ corporate organisation
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and supportive environment
- Strong knowledge and skills to drive effective recruitment initiatives
- Experience in managing multiple priorities across large, varied campaigns where high level organisational, time management and collaboration skills are essential.
