About Your Role
- Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's learning, development and school readiness.
- Create engaging play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
- Lead and support educators within the room to achieve positive outcomes for children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA. If you are halfway through your degree, or already have an Early Childhood Diploma and willing to obtain a Bachelor degree, we can work with that!
- Completed Accredited Child Protection Training (Mandatory)
- Deep understanding of current early childhood education practices, legislation, and child development.
- Blue Card (Child Related Employment).
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Right to work in Australia.
ECT role in a small boutique, well-resourced, three room, 44-place centre. Supportive team, great mentorship & paid First Aid/Blue Card.
