Join 3Bridges and play a key role in shaping high-quality OSHC programs that make a real difference to children, families and communities.

We currently have full-time permanent opportunities available, based at Narwee & Bexley or Penshurst.

Working closely with Program Coordinators and Educators, you'll provide educational leadership, strengthen practice, build capability and support continuous improvement. From time to time, you'll also support other services within the region as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide educational leadership, coaching and mentoring to Educators and Program Coordinators
- Support the implementation of My Time, Our Place (MTOP)
- Drive quality improvement and reflective practice
- Support educational programming and documentation
- Assist with Assessment and Rating preparation & support quality outcomes
- Promote inclusive, child-centred learning environments
- Build educator capability and support continuous improvement

Some travel to nearby services within your region will be required.

About You





You are passionate about children's learning and enjoy supporting educators to achieve best practice.

Essential Requirements

- Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or Children's Services.
- Experience in an Educational Leader, Coordinator or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of MTOP, NQF and NQS.
- Experience coaching and mentoring educators.
- Current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- National Child Safety Training.
- Current Driver Licence and willingness to travel between services.
