What Your Day Could Look Like
As an Engagement Officer, you'll help people feel informed, involved and confident during periods of change. From supporting major transformation projects to building trusted relationships across teams and communities, you'll contribute to initiatives that strengthen health services and improve experiences for those who rely on them.
Every Day, You'll Contribute By
- Leading engagement initiatives that build understanding, trust and support for key organisational programs.
- Partnering with project teams and stakeholders to achieve successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Designing and delivering activities that encourage participation, gather insights and inform decision-making.
- Monitoring engagement outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve how change is experienced across the organisation.

- Experience delivering stakeholder engagement, change management or communication initiatives.
- Solid written, verbal and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build partnerships, influence outcomes and manage competing priorities.
- A current C Class driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have qualifications in change management, communications, project management, community engagement or a related field, and/or experience supporting large-scale organisational transformation programs. Most importantly, you're passionate about bringing people together, creating positive change and delivering outcomes that improve lives.
