- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Ability to supervise, mentor and support colleagues, students and assistants in nursing.
- Strong communication, teamwork and patient-centred care skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have an Advanced Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) and/or experience contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Above all, you'll bring the values we live by at Darling Downs Health: Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage.
