As an Equipment Services Assistant, you will provide frontline customer service for clients of the Short-Term Equipment Service (STES), ensuring a positive and professional experience. You will also assist with the administration, maintenance, cleaning, and delivery/pick-up of equipment, playing an important role in supporting service operations.

What you will bring to the role
1. Current drivers licence and willingness to drive long distances as part of role across the local health district, including driving a large van
2. Demonstrated knowledge of manual handling principles
3. Proven time management and organisational skills
4. Computer literacy with ability to use databases and office programs
5. Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
6. Experience /understanding of equipment such as wheelchairs and shower/toileting aids is desirable
7. Excellent verbal communication skills, including ability to manage client enquiries and provide information to clients, and excellent written communication skills
8. Demonstrated computer literacy including use of word processing, email and database applications
