The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, greenfield chance for a technically grounded Product leader to shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of complex Data & AI products within a large-scale transformation environment.

You’ll own a portfolio of products and problem spaces, working across multiple squads to turn priority use cases into measurable business outcomes. You’ll understand how data products are built end to end—from discovery and data foundations through to engineering, deployment, adoption and optimisation—and use that knowledge to shape investment and delivery priorities.

Working with engineering leaders, data scientists, architects and senior stakeholders, you’ll bring a strong technical lens while operating at a strategic level. You’ll define success measures and ensure Data & AI initiatives deliver sustained value.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Data & AI Product leader who began in data science, data engineering or data product delivery and has progressed into a broader strategic role. You know how to build and scale data products, connect use cases to data strategy and measure outcomes—not simply delivery.

You’ll be comfortable leading people through ambiguity and transformation, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning technical and business teams around a clear product vision. This is an ideal next challenge for a capable people leader ready to make an enterprise-wide impact.

You’ll bring

- A technical background in data science, data engineering or data product development,



combined with strong Product Management experience
- A strong understanding of how Data & AI products are designed, built, deployed and scaled end to end
- Experience shaping data strategy, prioritising high-value use cases and linking product investment to measurable outcomes
- Experience leading Data & AI products within a complex enterprise transformation setting
- Knowledge of machine learning, Generative AI and ideally Agentic AI, with exposure to MLOps, LLMOps and platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Proven people leadership across multidisciplinary product, data science and engineering teams
- Solid commercial acumen, senior stakeholder influence and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear strategic direction; retail experience is highly regarded
