Support Executive Leadership at the heart of MNCLHD
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing competing priorities, coordinating complex activities and supporting senior leaders to achieve their objectives?
Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive. This is a unique opportunity to work within the Chief Executive's Office and contribute to the effective coordination of executive priorities, governance activities and stakeholder engagement across one of NSW's largest regional health services.
About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, you will
✔ Manage a complex executive diary and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and business priorities.
✔ Prepare and coordinate executive correspondence, communications, agendas, briefing materials and other documentation.
✔ Provide professional secretariat support, including the preparation of meeting papers, agendas, minutes and action tracking
✔ Build productive working relationships with senior leaders, Board members and key stakeholders.
✔ Support administrative best practice and collaborate with Executive Assistants across the organisation.
✔ Monitor actions and follow up priorities to support the effective management of the Chief Executive's Office.
About You
You are a highly organised,
adaptable and professional Executive Assistant who performs well in environments where confidentiality, responsiveness and attention to detail are essential.
You will bring
✔ Demonstrated experience providing executive support to a Chief Executive, Executive Director or other Senior Executive within a large and complex organisation.
✔ Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of executive correspondence and documentation.
✔ Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
✔ Experience managing sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement
✔ Proven ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
✔ Experience providing secretariat support, including coordinating agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions
