We are seeking an experienced, reliable and responsible Guest Service Agent to join our friendly team at a hotel in Perth CBD. This is a long-term position offering approximately 4–5 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
- Handling reservations, payments, phone calls and emails
- Responding professionally to guest enquiries and concerns
- Completing daily front-office duties accurately
- Working independently and supporting the wider hotel team

Requirements:

- Previous hotel front-office experience is essential
- Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Confident using hotel booking systems
- Experience using RMS will be highly regarded
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
