Western Australia As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents to live with dignity and independence, and contributing to positive outcomes for residents, families and team members.

What You'll Do Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care

Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation

Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families

Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care

Salary:



$93,000 - $105,000 per annum plus superannuation and applicable penalty rates

Industry-leading systems, technology and innovation Eligibility Requirements To be considered for sponsorship opportunities, applicants must: Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse. Applicants relying solely on overseas nursing experience must have gained this experience within the last 5 years.

Previous Registered

Nurse experience in Australia will be highly regarded

Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Be willing to work in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA

Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Highly Regarded Experience working in residential aged care

Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Experience leading or mentoring clinical teams
