We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
The Federal Court of Australia Entity is committed to increasing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation across our workforce and creating a culturally safe, inclusive and supportive workplace.
We invite Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to register their interest in employment opportunities across the Federal Court of Australia (FCA), the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA), and the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT).
This register will be used to fill a range of vacancies, both ongoing and non-ongoing, across classifications from APS Level 2 through to Executive Level 2 (EL2) in locations throughout Australia.
The Federal Court of Australia Entity may fill vacancies using the Affirmative Measure - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment provision under section 31 of the Australian Public Service Commissioner’s Directions 2022.
