THE POSITION:

- Direction and leadership of the onsite F&B; team
- Working efficiently and able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Manage deliveries, orders, stock rotation and cleaning duties
- Set up and execute successful functions
- Engage with clients and customers
- Shifts available across 6:30am-2:30pm, 830am-4pm, 9:30am-5:30pm or 10am-6pm

THE PERSON

- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor will be required for this role




- Experienced working in functions and revenue management
- Understanding of Food safety and HACCP
- Solid work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
- Must be able to work autonomously
